Return Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

At MUMBO Kenya, our offerings primarily consist of purchases of digital investments, shareholder services, and intangible assets. As such, our return policy is unique and tailored to reflect the nature of these services. Please review the following carefully.

1. General Policy

Since most of our services relate to financial contributions, investment allocations, and digital transactions, we do not accept returns in the traditional retail sense. Once a transaction is completed and benefits are allocated, it is generally final and non-returnable.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • A contribution or a purchase was made in error and is not yet allocated to a product  or share class.
  • The service or product purchased was not delivered or materially differed from what was described.
  • You made a duplicate transaction and can provide proof (e.g., two identical transactions receipts).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Confirmed share purchases
  • Donations or community support funds
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Access to digital downloads or exclusive content once accessed

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at returns@mumbo.co.ke within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Please include:

  • Your full name and registered email
  • Transaction date and reference number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, receipts, etc.)

5. Review & Processing Time

Our finance team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, any funds will be returned to your original payment method or credited to your account wallet.
