Shipping Policy

At MUMBO Kenya, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle product delivery, estimated timelines, costs, and more.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping services within Kenya and select international destinations. If your location is not listed during checkout, kindly contact our support team for assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Bungoma : 1–3 business days
  • Other Kenyan towns : 2–5 business days
  • International orders :  7–14 business days depending on location

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. For large or bulk orders, additional fees may apply—our team will contact you if necessary.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress in real-time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim for prompt delivery, there may be delays due to weather, customs (for international orders), or courier service disruptions. We will notify you promptly if your order is affected.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue, including refunds or replacements where applicable.

8. Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change in delivery address before your order is shipped by contacting our support team. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting.
